There was a six hour difference between the two posts, so one can reasonably assume that she posted here before she went home, yes.
my forums never post the correct time for any posts even though I have it set to the right time zone settings so no, one could not reasonably assume that she posted here before she went home.

Well, perhaps you can't, but the rest of us can :D
Actually one would mean "anyone" when used like that. Try "me" or "I" next time when you want to speak for yourself only ;)
i speak for myself every time i make my own post, one in my post means just that one person, the person that is making the post. If you want to think that you speak for many people when you makes posts. I guess whatever floats your boat. But dont assume that your rules apply to every one.
Ret is correct on both points. "One" has nothing to do with a number in this case and it is not synonymous with "I" or "me."
Im not asking how the english dictionary would interpret it in this meaning nor does it matter to me, instead im Telling you how it was ment when it came out of my mouth in my post.

I think that makes a lot of sense and you are very smart.
Of course, I'm not using the English dictionary meaning of the word but my own interpretation.
