Similar to the "Stone of Destiny", I propose to give all players the possibility to change one (1) full armor set and one (1) weapon of any kind to another kind of the same "class".
Because you will be able to choose a new profession type, you might need a different weapon and armor.
E.g. change a Vesper Cutter to a Vesper Caster, and a Moirai Heavy Armor Set to a Moirai Robe Set while remaining any enchantments (elemental, scroll enchants, PVP, augment, ...). Only give the choice of the special ability for the weapon in case the original weapon had any.

Flying ones with +300% speed but only for Enchanters, right?
On a serious note, not like its that hard to get a second Vesper weapon with DV raids or the low marketprices atm. Same goes for the armor set (even Vorpal is way down in price).

People dont want to understand that, in GoD, everyone will get R grade pretty much for free.
afaik in korea ppl who awakened their chars in new classes, using destiny stone, got smth like "hero chest" or whatever w/ basic shadow gear for their new class.
