Im a new player, and im just asking if in GOD every class has the chance to vs every class ? e.g archers can vs warriors and rogues and not just archers. In this class, there must be a dominate class that can usually dominate oly.
Can i get some suggestions on which one of the 8 classes will be the best for oly ? I really like oly style type pvp and dont really enjoy team fighting, which class will be best suited in this case ? And also what race? In other words i like to 1v1. I like to play a class that if the average joe played would not be that amazing, but if a amazing SKILLED player played, it can beat any class.Thanks, can just talk in general terms.

GoD destroys that kind of uniqueness as there will be literary 100+ of each combo class around doing Oly.. it's what you get when going from 35 different class types to 8..
if you really want that L2 GoD (Aion) isn't the game for you

also Oly is not the same as open pvp so a class that's good in Oly can be very bad in open pvp..
simple example: right now archers get farmed by almost everyone in Oly unless their stacked hardcore but even then most classes will still kill them if equal lvl/gear, one of the best class to play in Oly is summoner or stacked healer but in open pvp archers are pretty good and healers tend to die a lot.
GoD PTS hasn't been out yet for us so to much details are still missing and Koreans do not pvp like it is being done on the NA servers (no ranger use on Korea for example) so can't compare.
btw if all you wanted to know which class will be the best Oly farmer in GoD populus already gave you the answer as that will be a stacked tank but be ready to deal with many many tanks as everyone will be playing that for Oly..
to early to tell as that's a balance between the race skills & basic stats versus which of the current existing tanks have the best old skills which you might want to keep aka not trade in for 4th class skill..
to clarify not all 4th class skills are better then the existing ones, this differs per class so have fun when PTS is out to check them all out.
Also dont forget that a class+race which will be doing great at GoD could be (for sure they will if they do it like in the past) nerved into the ground while the class+race you never wanted to play on the first GoD live day could be the new uber one.

It isn't so sure. If you really want a good tank to Oly they need good gear too overenchanted skills legendary dyes, so maybe won't be so big problem level up a tank to Oly, but get the items to him won't be easy mostly won't easy if it will be just a secondary character.

Does that mean, every player that starts new should choose the fastest leveling class, since they can change in the future ?
Also how does the races work, if i choose a dark elf mage, but in the future i wanna be a human knight, can that work ? or can i be only a dark elf knight.

If you have a 76+ character whsen the live servers update to GoD, you will get aStone of Destiny.
You could use the stone to change your class at level 85 after Awakening (you could freely choose your awakening class)
So if i start playing now, and when it hits GOD i dont have 76 +, i dont get the stone, which means i cant change class ? Is that right ? and how do the races work? if i was a human, can i change to orc and vise versa?

No you can't change race.
Yes you can pick the fastest leveling class then change it to whatever class you want to play in GoD: say, DE mage to DE tank, or human mage to human tank, or orc warrior to orc healer, etc.

i thought only people that are 76+ when GOD come live can change class ?

In order to receive the item that allows to awaken to a different class you must be 76+ before GoD goes live. Then you can awaken once you're 85, and choose your awakened class.
The rest is up to you, considering your leveling speed and personal preferences.

this change class thingy wasnt supposed to be for new players anyways , its for oldschool ppl that have been playing for long time and for ppl that are tired of their current class and wanna enjoy a different aspect of the game without having to lvl a new class up to 85 first
