"Swag" is the term for real-life items that are themed around a video game. This is the stuff that is usually handed out to our players at live events like PAX or ComicCon. Also, it can be used as contest prizes.
Some of our Lineage II swag in the past has included t-shirts, posters, figurines, magnetic poetry, small plushies, tote bags, stickers, and various other things.

And Lineage II throw pillows; not the kind that is a single color with the "Lineage II" logo. It has to have a good picture on it, like something from a Lineage II artbook.
Coffee mugs/pillows shaped with cutest L2 creatures,id love elpy,queen/king of cat,summoner's ponys,the recharger cat from wizards second class,gks,fantasy island transformation,many agathions,female dworfs,the list can go on. :)
Posters/Calendars are always welcome,too bad i live in Greece and i bet no item will be sent here.
I've managed to get a few nice Lineage II-related posters, hats, trading cards, paper dolls, etc. over the years at various conventions, but I'd be willing to pay for a lot of this stuff if it was for sale through NCSoft. Lineage merchandise is kind of hard to come by.

Every now and then something cool like these pops up on ebay, but the majority of it is the Korean artbooks and statues that are relatively common.
T-Shirts, bags etc. It can be a little an advertisement ;)
And I love T-shirts with my favourite things (f.e. wolves, dragons, games) but in our **** country they are hard to get :p
I have always been disappointed by the lack of items in the PlayNC Merchandise store. The Lineage 2 logo in itself is rather cool and would look great on a coffee mug, key chain, messenger bag, etc. And in today's day and age with the ease of putting a logo on just about anything...it has surprised me how little is offered by NCSoft for Lineage 2.
I have been quite happy with the few t-shirts, posters and stickers I do have! :) I just want more! ;)

I want a real life Deadmans Glory with Haste. It would look good hanging on the wall in the living room. (enchants aren't neccessary, I wouldn't want it glowing all night)

I've successfully sent contest prizes to Greece before. As long as you live in a country that is eligible to participate in our contests, we can send real-life prizes to you when you win. :) (this is from a recent contest rules page: ) "To be eligible for this contest, you must: -Be a legal resident of the United States (excluding the State of Rhode Island, and excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military installations and commonwealths), Canada (excluding Quebec), or the European Union."
Yeah, I wish NCWest controlled that store, but we don't. :( Until then, the only way we can give players swag is through real-life conventions and through contests. (BTW I've purchased from that store too! XD I bought the 'Blind Boxed L2 Figurines' item and I got the Kamael one! :))
I'd like a map of Aden and Gracia, exactly the same as in-game map but big size to post on a wall :P
And also there are some parts of lore online in Korea in a form of a comic.
I'd be nice to have it translated and printed as a real comic book. And you could of course make some new comic books based on the Lineage 2 lore. Or maybe hire a real writer to write a book? :P
But mostly I think the figures are the best swag items.
The T-Shirt can secede you can grow out it any food or drink can fall on it etc.
The Poster is nice, but it can secede very easy and much time if you put out to the wall and you need later take off it again just can secede easy.
Keychain, Mousepad are better ideas, but still I think the Figures much better.
Stickers, Fake tattoos, jewelry are good idea too. Bu I think the peoples not really like wear fake tattoos, game jewelry or game t-shirts while they are on different public locations.
While the figures are a whole life, they aren't destroy easy, they looks nice near to the computer.

I do collect the figures, have two really nice ones now and wait for the Japanese store to announce others. But these are very expensive.
Tee shirts are ok, but limited in use and appeal.
What would be really sweet is polo shirts with the NcSoft / Lineage 2 logos and maybe a "stiched" picture of a toon. I know the Brewers association has a sweet black shirt with the brewers association embalem stiched on it and it is awsome. I have also seen a very nice one from Arrogrant Bastard with stiching on the back which would be boss cool to wear.
These kind of shirts last longer, wear nicer and are office approproate so big win on multiple accounts...

random ideas :
steelseries Z board, mouse and game pad for L2 (same as Aion ones)
L2 jewels, fashion, weapons and armors reproductions
L2 school or laptop bag, wallets, books or booknotes covers, pens and other school stuff
For older players (those over 25 yrs old), things like the mouepad, etc. will be more useful.
None of us wants a T-shirt, toy, fake tattoo, etc.
FYI - A lot of military (both in the U.S. and elsewhere) enjoy this game quite a bit, and do play all around the world. Unlike the U.S., in many countries mlitary service is required - and we all develop friends/aquaintances when we do things in the military outside of "duty time". Believe it or not, for many this is Lineage II - and many who do a short "hitch" in the military (or retire - or partially retire - at 15 years, you can do that at age 32) - still play Lineage 2.
That crew - over 25 - usually is not interested in Toys,T-shirts, etc. (though I'm sure some are). I would guess, whatever is popular at events like GameCon (or whatever it's called - would like to get to those one of these days), would be a good indication.
