NovaVita is looking for players who don't catastrophically suck. In other words, you have to be better than some of our existing members (such as memorie).
We have several active wars, but none of which are even the slightest factor. They do however, tend to call for as much help as they can. We're rather proud of this.
We have a number of people who hate us in ways that there aren't even words to describe. I'm sure some of them will post in this thread. We're rather proud of that, too.
You may be called upon to gate chant people into getting killed, grief c/b/a-grade characters, and even role play (we only use that in the most extreme of circumstances).
Note; this is not the original NovaVita, nor the original ICA, and we have no relation to them or their methods. We have no relation to Renovatio (Nova) either.
Affirrnative/Seda have their private messages disabled in-game because all I ever get is whispers of stupidity. Private messages on forums are checked daily.

LOL if you ever asked me to be taken away from xp or raid to grief a player that low level Id laugh at you as a clan leader and then drop tag because your utterly mentally handicapped. 1 death at under 75 is about 2 mobs of xp waste more of a high levels time then it does the person your attempting to grief. Grow up this is not c2.
