Translation by Laby(c):

How could I pown everything with my kamael with GoD update ?

Seriously guy, come one. How could we know what is the best now, since we don't even have a PTS ? We don't even know area, skills, monsters & others in the new update.
And a class is nothing if you don't have skills, stuffs, friends, buff, epics & cie

Then its a question for Destructor who have a kameal lvl 91 on korean server
The archer and the wizzard are the strongest at PvP at the moment.
I'm sure it will change again like it has in the past again though.. ;)

I was hoping for that kind of answer but never imagined it would ever come true. How that happened destructor ? The usuall cycle of giving power to classes they neglected for some time ?

Why is the wizard powerful ? Casting time / Landing Rate / Reuse of the imba skills is reasonable ? I always believed that with so many good skills, there should be a catch that could keep them good only in theory and more skills would remain just pretty icons in skills list, something like sleep.

Reading the Patch Notes I got the impression that they did stuff they should do .. I mean ..

1) Mage could not run away fast -> They gave a fast escape + Stun combo
2) Mage could not push away / cripple the opponent fast enough -> They gave attack + Fear or Knock Back or Hold or Reduce Speed
3) Removing one buff, cancel targeting, adjusting Mez (no perma stun)

Seem to solve ALL the problems I ever had with my mage IF they actually work. You say they do work effectively ?

I have an 85,100% Storm Screamer that I do not play atm and I was thinking to switch class when GoD comes. Not only for PvP but for the difficulty to find a nice party also. Here in NA it's much easier to make a melee party to take some decent XP than make a Mage party. Has that changed in GoD ? Or it's just the Korean mentality where all classes had and will always have a slot and a role in parties ?

Are the mages useful in all DD parties ? Or there are still areas divided to Fighters / Mages zones ? Where Fighters / Mages get damage penalties respectfully ?

Also, do all the mass debuff of Feoh Wizzard work ? They seem pretty powerfull judging by the description.

sry for not answering all your questions but , not getting pts as Mage ?

your in the wrong clan then , Mage SoA pts are legendary , mage dv / LoA pts are amazing .
depends on if you're part of a constant party on Naia else it's actually hard to get that done for a mage, melee's can easier make a random party be that from clannies or neutrals w/e and get good & fun xp/farm going..

in end game clans you're a nobody if not part of a constant ^^"

A mage or an archer in any party is kind of must right now. :D
interesting
ok looking at the skills posted here so far, http://www.lineage2.com/gd/classes.html

tank looks quite boring; it has several party buffs and a summon and 1 cubic but very few skills otherwise. I might be interested to try one but looks meh.

warrior looks ok, totems are nice and still gets many skills and many aoe skills, (all might want to invest in a pole tho), but If I awaken to one I will need heavy armor, which I no have atm, sigh

surprisingly, archer looks quite interesting with a ton of stuff including blink and warp (cool). probably will be pushing for archer 2nd main on our soul hound I think (which means I need a bow 300 now qq)

also interesting is enchanter has stun rush and nuker has blink.

summoner on that site looks boring but I think there is more to it in actuality.

Sry but your post is 90% irrelevant. As for the parties, Draceke answered.

Mage SoA parties were legendary, now SoA is a good loc to XP (farming not proffitable as it used to be) bcz not many ppl bother to go there, they prefer DV (easier than SoA) of LoA (a bit harder but more proffitable)

Mage DV pts are not amazing, some are quite efficient doing Drakos but that's it.

Mage LoA pts with 3-4 85 level StS in Anakims doing AoE & Knoriks are quite amazing. But that's not my view point. And I guess for the 98% of server population also.
A mage or an archer in any party is kind of must right now. :D

All I needed to hear was that they can get some parties easy. Now I can happily keep the class I like :)
