I heard from a friend that knows this girl that was married to the first cousin of a WoW player that was married to this dude who runs this massive player corporation on that space game Eve online who also knows a Freelancer that once work at Digital Anvil who still talks with this Korean kid who mows the lawn of this developer here in the states. That Kid's lawnmower was once used on the grass in this park across a coffee pub where this world renowned developer has his Venti Caramel Frappuccino.
Well, I know this lady that stocks the music DVDs and stuffed animals at this establishment, she thinks a bunch of tech guys were sitting at this table discussing the launch date around the world and since they were whispering and covering their mouths she couldn't hear when the exact day would be.
Well, the point is like Innova is not affiliated to NCSoft directly, if I'm right they bought rights for Lineage 2 to NCSoft. So they have a lot more liberty than others territories.

well what about they talking just the closing time of closed beta test, what is not same with our beta test.
If you remember Korean players could test the game on closed beta sience March or April, but they got open pts client at middle of May.
Yes for the Innova just must to focus to the game service, they don't develop game they don't have international services just they focus to Russia with whole of their service and marketing abilities so they have easier work too as for the NCwest.
