Bug in Private Store!

Possible bug in a private store.
Today day 07/31/2011 01:37 PM GMT-3. She bought 21 Stones, and received no Adena.
I set up a Private Store Sell, and no one came even Adena

I do not know how to use the ticket holder. But it also will not solve anything, so I posted here in the forum to alert everyone!

Thanks for the heads up, Dazzel. I would still fill out a support ticket if you have yet to at this point.

actually it will... they can check the logs and tell you exactly what happened - the Sr. GM's are very good at that.

Use the web form to send a support ticket. (https://help.ncsoft.com/app/ask/session/L3RpbWUvMTMxMjE0OTIwNi9zaWQva1R6U2ZvQWs%3D) Explain what your think the bug is and include the screenshot there. If anyone else experiences a problem like this, send a support ticket as well, and the GMs can find out what happened and right any wrongs.
