New skills are available for skill transfer after the completion of the third class transfer:
Eva's Saints and Shillien Saints can now learn the following skills to the same level as Cardinals, and healing skills are now upgradable:
So my question is,
if i already have the skill major heal acquired throught a pomander, when the change of chronicle occurs i will get 4 pomanders to complete seven or i will lose 1 pomander? And how i will get the extra pomanders if i already completed the third job?

@ Bold Word: We don't change Chronicles... Alas, since after Interlude, we aren't playing on chronicles anymore, since it marks the end of the first Saga: The Chaotic Chronicle. The Kamael is already the first part of the second Saga: The Chaotic Throne. Awakening (That's the true episode's name) is, in fact, the first part of the Third Saga: Godness of Destruction.

I recall reading sometime somewhere (I can't remember nor seem to find it) that Skill Transfer would be reseted. Since Certificated Skill are being reseted and Skill Transfer Skills are kinda certificated, they would be reseted for free, their pomanders returned and then your toon would be refilled with pomanders until it reaches the 7 limit.

Then you can just get your skills back.
About the chronicles, i put that word because i wrote that topic falling asleep, :) so you are right, we are not playing in chronicles anymore
About the pomanders, if all the skills will be reset so if i enchant those skills now i will lost the codex that i use right? If this is true i wont enchant my pomander's skills anymore

You better w8 until Destructor or someone else that played it to give you the precise answer but, as I also recall, when you awake your enchats are reseted too, so I guess enchating skills would only be advisable after awakening or when it really helps leveling a lot...
Yes, awakening will reset all enchantments anyway... From what I've heard you get 75% of the used SP back...
Of the used SP ???
That is impossible, I dont think any sane programmer would have stored some place the amount of SP you used to echant a skill, supposedly failing many times before this change was known it will happen... We enchant skills for years, anyone thought then we will need SP back ? Highly unlikely...
If 75% of the needed SP if you succeed all the time without mastery codec, then that is nothing, they could as well not give back at all.

It returns the SP used to get the skill to +x, not the SP lost on failures. It returns SP equal to the amount needed on all succeded attempt minus 25% of that said amount.
Because, you are right, no one could nor would ever store that value... (althought it would only be a filed in the DB anyway). Returing the succeded attemps is fairly easy because it can be calculated, not needing storeage.
