Сurious math, or GoD balance at 99+

Hi.
Look guys, I want to share you some theory about skill enchanting balance at 99+ levels.

Some facts.
I. Mages have some nukes and according to l2wiki options for enchants are:
Coast +1 +10 MP consumption is decreased.
Recovery +1 +10 Reuse time reduced.
Dual +1 +10 Power is increased when PVP.

II. Archers (same as other non magical DD classes) have some damage skills and enchant options are:
Coast +1 +10 MP consumption is decreased.
Dual +1 +10 Power is increased when PVP.
Fire Elemental Attack +1 +10 Enhance fire properties.
Water Elemental Attack +1 +10 Enhance the properties of water.
Wind Elemental Attack +1 +10 Wind property will be strengthened.
Earth Elemental attack +1 +10 Strengthen earth property.
Holly alignment Attack +1 +10 Divine attributes are enhanced.
Alignment Dark Attack +1 +10 Dark enhance the property.
Recovery +1 +10 Reuse time reduced.

III. Mages and Archers can enchant their skills only after skill level cap they gain at 99 level.

Now lets make some assumptions
1) duel enchant (D) can't give larger damage bonus compare to any attribute enchant (A), cuz of duel universality: D < A

2) "4 elements" (4e) attribute all nukes have from start level 85 can't give larger damage bonus compare to any attribute enchant for other DD classes at 99 lvl.
E.g. lvl 85 archer gives you 2к damage, and 3к at lvl 99+10 duel enchant, but mage gives you 3к all the time 85 - 99 :D Imbalance... So 4e < A
Also 4e attr. mages have from lvl 85 w/o enchants can't give larger damage bonus compare to duel enchant at lvl 99, so 4e < D

3) Attribute enchant can't give large damage bonus, because of mages, for example, have only 1 option to increase nuke's damage @ 99 lvl - duel...
E.g. Mage and Archer at 85 lvl can give you 2к each, 99 lvl+10 duel mage give you 3к same as archer, but archer 99 lvl +10 attribute fire/whatever will give you 4k ? Imbalance...
But other side , any attribute enchant can't give damage bonus smaller er equal to duel option , (1) ... So A~=D

So we have now system of inequalities:
4e < D < A
D~=A (close to equal)

That might mean only thing - if devs want to keep balance at 99 lvl, all bonuses classes gain from 4e, D, A options have to be small and close to each other. May be few % only... Or we will have HUGE imballance with damage output...

yup. so many letters here...
I think some of your assumptions are false.

The Attribute gained from the enchant only add to the Attribute stat gained from the weapon. So even if it'll be a huge gap at +1, it'll not be so important after
i dont think u get +10 atr every +1

I'm trying to understand what damage boost options will have mages vs dd at 99 lvl.
And if attribute enchant will give much more than duel, we will have imbalance with mages who don't have such options... Or we will have it from start with OP elemental attacks mages will do w/o enchanting (I doubt they will - there is quite low mage dps we can see at korean PTS videos)... such a mess
Diego Vargas would be the best person to ask this..

to my knowledge none of the existing elemental breakpoints change in GoD so going elements route on skills is a pure PVE choice as PVP wise you will never be able to break the resists of bufs & 3x120 armor..

Dual is most likely still the only option for PVP regardless of which class with as exception for those skills wih a long re use timer as for those recommend going recovery as that does remove a huge chunk of the re use time.. saw a 4min re use skill cut down to 30 seconds that way..
So what is worths more to enchant on 98+ for Tyrr... Element enchant, or Duel..
And btw.. is there recovery enchant on 99lvl skills of tyrr?
Attributes System now work like this:
* its based on the difference between attack and defense elements and result can give INCREASE OR DECREASE!
If the attacker has more elemental attack than the opponent defense then the more he has more elementals the more damage will increase gradually until the difference is 210 elements and the damage at this stage will be 25% increase!
Same for the opposite if the defender has more resist to that element and its 210 or more then the damage will be 25% less than without elemental at all!
in both cases the max amount of increase or decrease is 25% and it happen at 210 or more difference between attack and defense attributes.
So no point to make it elemental enchant if you are against 3x120 armors + fulls buffs etc

Still have the question about recovery on skills.. Is this route available on 99 lvl skills? On 98 there isnt.. So I wonder about the rest skills in 99

L2wiki has some incorrect information. Do not fully rely on that site.
That's why I'm asking in here cause I know L2wiki has some fail details.. Need an answer from any 99lvl tyrr if possible.

Btw is it true that +10 duel on an attack skill provides ~20% bonus pvp dmg?
Enchanting 4th grade skills is rather simple they all work with same effects, for duel is 1% each enchant increase in pvp so +10 duel is always 10% more damage in PvP, but take in mind that many skills also increase their base power with enchanting regardless enchant route, so you need to compare the damage difference between 2 routes of the same skill at +10 to see the actual difference of 10%.
Feohs will never be given the option to Elemental route, so no one will be able to pass through 1-shot from them.
