the way some of my friends handled this was lvling a subclass of the race you want as main and then do main/sub change which is to my knowledge the only way to do this..
yes it blows but if you have already a fast lvling elven sub then it's not that hard to get it back to 85 and awaken it as a healer in GoD.

Also, rerolling will be way faster on GoD... kinda not a real problem, I think...

I have MS 80 and SWS 5x but leveling any of them makes me sick, also ATM I think i would have trouble to find party on undergeared MS, so I quess I stay human :S
no way, we don't accept humans changing into amazing beautiful elves anymore ....

I'm a Bishop and will be an Aeroe Healer once I awake.
Cardis have vantages above Shillen Saints and Eva Saints, since they are the only TRUE healer class that are there now. But, with GoD, all 3 will be *almost* the same.
Based on that, an Elf Aeore would be better, for it can cast faster, thanks to Elf's Racial Skill. Dark Elf Aeore would have Acceleration, increasing his survivability. Human Aeore has Crit Defense and Self "Clease + Celestial Shield"... :p
actually, the new healing system strikes me as completely different from the healing we see now.
the PTS will reveal a whole slew of changes that we don't understand yet.
Quoted for truth... Especially when Healers will be able to heal MP over time (and probably heal their own MP, making themselves powerhouses, since no new recharge skill said it can't be used on Recharge users...) and their heals also heal CP...
I think devs should give old players the option to change race too,since when we created our toon we had different stats/class than the ones we are going to changed to in GOD(without been asked).
Reroling/making new subs to main as an option,shows no respect for players that made their 85/80/80/80 grind.
I guess one solution would be to allow subclass to main switch when the main is 81+. For example, your main is an 84 Spectral Dancer but you wanna be a Dwarf for the racial bonus. You have a Fortune Seeker sub so you can swap that to your main and your Spectral Dancer becomes your sub but you can't lvl it any more until GoD. Then you can just awaken Enchanter with the Dwarf when you get that 85. I know they didn't do it in Korea but some people who've had the same toon since OB they might want a chance to be a difference race (especially with the new racial skills). Anyway it would probably make NC some extra money because there would be a fair few people i'm guessing would jump at the opportunity.
