I personally don't know this keyboard but if it can do things in a way a human couldn't, it might be considered illegal (namely doing things that ingame macros can't)...
Anything that allows gameplay without the player actually being in front of the computer is illegal too...
If this needs a Software to run it's macros and other functions, the software or some of it's functions might be blocked by Game Guard, rendering the keyboard like a normal one...
This keyboard can record macros and assign a single key sequence by pressing a few others. For example. F1 + F2 + F3 + F4 + F5 - songs of life, meditation, etc. You can set the keyboard on the order of execution of a single button and repeat. You can write complex macros. But you can not set up an automatic experience.

I have for the last 3 years been using a Logitech Mx518 mouse which has to thumb buttons that can assign 1 key on the keyboard to each button. I typically use 1 of the buttons for Majesty and Shield deflect magic on my tank or Dash and Stealth on my dagger. I within the last month+ noticed it doesnt any longer work in game, but still in other windows programs. Why was this removed from the game now? The button if held depressed will not spam/repeat. I have to press the key let go and depress again. The mouse button doesnt have a key repeat. Think I heard it was gameguard update. If anyone could enlighten me of the reasoning for this please let me know.
