Does anyone know if this item will stay in GoD?

I got 40 of them left, shared on different characters, and since GoD will make vitality shared on all characters, I was thinking to save them all for one character.

But the question is, are they staying in GoD or being deleted?

They stay, but you will be limited on the amount you can use per week.

Why don't people just read the patch notes? :S

Players are limited to five vitality items (recovering, maintaining, replenishing items, etc.) each week.

Birthday Cakes are not considered as vitality items that have a weekly limit
