Once upon a time there was a proud clan. People admired the members. They got great parties, great grindspots and raids and eventually forts and maybe castles or heroes. They poured their time into developing clan skills and levels.
But thanks to ... what ... failed leadership, greed, intimidation, scammers, account theft, etc. how the mighty have fallen:
Genesiz, BraveHeart, ClearlyClueless, Mercenaries, The VersuS, Calixtines, Legion, TheVikingClan, Memoria, offensive, TheGenesis, Unity, WeeLittlePeople, DeadRabbits, xGDLx once meaningful on Hindemith or Gustin or Phoenix... nothing today. All that hard work. Oh well.
The merge... and more clanfail, a bunch of altclans for yellow-tactic castle-holding...
GF... fading into sad irrelevance. I offer this tombstone. Grats to the clans that have held on to their identity and core players and persevered. Because you do still mean something and people notice you. (Salute)

Because now they are just alt clans. They were once important. Now they only show up when some big clan wants to hold a castle they can't sign for, etc.
Yes wyn is fallen to ruins to have lost a fail dagger, a swm that always forgets to sing, and 2 GK who are under the asumption they are the greatest killers of l2 'cause they have the ability to 1 shot an elpy.
A true lose indeed. The clan should just up and disban now and get it over with.
People come and go from clans everyday. Sometimes in grps sometimes 1 by one, and new people join clans everyday.
By the way I see nova is losing ppl guess thats another great clan going into the dust right?

Well as leader of Wyn I have no worries and the people that remain are great to play with, we have fun, maybe everyone should try it. I have been playing this game for over 6 years and as stated previously in this thread, this happens all the time. People have come and gone in greater numbers then you have all witnessed recently. I must honestly say that for a small clan of only a few people to begin with, I am honoured that the server has noticed us to such a degree to warrant a mention on the forums. Wyn has never exceeded 3 parties of people and have held their own amongst all of you for many years. Thanks for the mention and remember we are still here!

thanks too ncsoft and human nature imo, most of the things u have mentioned aside from fail leadership and greed, is directly of there making.
scammers and account theft - idk if they deal with but im sure ppl dont expect them too or leaders wouldnt loose clans to this.
alt clans is a direct result of "improvements" they have added - and most of the updates encourage getting to the top fast and in a party ofc clans will disappear there is little room for individuality be it person or clan now - everything is BIG !
There are very few that wouldnt choose a larger clan and the benefits that brings, be that the ability to raid, group xp/pvp better gear,fed hero whatever.
Clans get to the top, take the limelight stealing raids and killing more than they get killed, then get complacent and sooner than later a new clan takes their place. The server is a moving target that no clan will be able to hit forever.
...but mostly it's a matter of people growing up and moving on once they hit the glass ceiling of L2 dominance and realize that their time is better spent elsewhere. that can be said about any MMO though. ;)

Meki isn't allowed to call it quit's it's been to much fun being the little guys that the rest of the server makes notice of, past, present and future. Besides have you meet Quenya? Thats 1 party of Wyn right there :p

Just curious, what makes you think BoC is an alt clan, and what main clan would we be the alt clan of?
If you are too delusional to answer this question, I will understand, but I really would like an honest answer. BoC has been accused of being an alt clan of many clan before, just curious which one it would be this time, and why.

Zara has been gone forever, and camelot isn't trying to convince anyone about anything. We just do our own thing, raid and pvp, and any decent people looking to do the same get invited in. Besides, we're completely different than when I joined a year and a half ago. Shinn and Sait are gone, the hardcore carebears left, and we're almost completely U.S. and Aussie based players now. The only truly sad thing is that ML left :(
I'm actually quite sad that I can outbox most support played live in random groups.
They should be better, they are playing their so called mains...
People prefer the easy areas imo and then you don't learn much.
And even if a difficult area is tried, especially with randoms, tend to quit at the slightest set back.
The reason probably is that they get easily upset with xp loss, setting up a party for difficult areas is really hard and difficult areas are to intensive and you can't do "oh sorry afk 1 min 4 coffee" like e.g. in the infamous GC

his prior toon was in unity , it got kicked for botting - the worst kind that have auto rez n wartags ^^ embarassment lvl = HIGH, i saw us loosing points n there were two possibles - fortunately wartags pmd me i kicked n killed him repeatedly - in walks irony several of the toons now in camelot did the same.
Dont bother to tell me how **** i am about this - i know it n actually dont want u to judge him based on my comments he isnt evil he made a lame toon n took lame gear - it shouldnt reflect on his new toon - it should on his new clan that once killed him because he wouldnt return what i leant, but now accept him cos - idk for them to say ^^
