It's an item that we don't see very often. :) Here is the item description from in-game:
When enchanted, increases P. Atk. by 5 for S-grade one-handed swords, one-handed blunts, daggers, spears, and other weapons. Increases P. Atk. by 6 for two-handed swords, two-handed blunts, dualswords and hand-to-hand combat weapons. Increases P. Atk. by 10 for bows. Increases P. Atk. by 4 for all weapons. From +4, P. Atk. and M. Atk. increase by 2 times. When enchant fails, the item is not crystallized by the power of the goddess of destruction, and the existing enchant value is maintained. Each Lineage II game account may only purchase one scroll every 12 hours.

If at all possible could you make all these 12 hour pickups 2 in a 24 hour period? (for other events as well). These 12 hour purchases are sometimes difficult with work/sleep time etc. :o

I'm afraid that's a setting we cannot change. :(
PS: I updated the event page to clarify the dates and what happens in each phase. I know there was confusion about it last time, so this should help:
The Treasure Hunt event runs from September 21, 2011 to October 5, 2011. Beginning on September 28, Treasure Sack Pieces will no longer drop from regular monsters, and Snow will no longer sell transformation scrolls. In the second week, remaining transformation scrolls can still be used, chests will still spawn on Fantasy Isle, and the chests will still drop Treasure Sack Pieces. On October 5, Snow and any remaining event Transformation Scrolls and Treasure Sack Pieces will be removed from the game. All reward items, including Treasure Sacks (not Pieces) remain in the game.

You can get it in game not only from event but from Bosses near Altars with low probability. So its only depends on your desire of having it. If you want to get it you need to try to farm this bosses in game or cry on the board about "cheating scrolls"(c). Its your choice.

the anakims are here for everyone, its just up to the persons to buy them and use them and profit from them. If one denies to use them its just his decision.
And the scroll gonna work on weapons like mastery codex works on skills, so havin 12 this scrols doesnt mean u make +15 weapon with them. And again there is gonna be very few of them from event i bet.

if this is true what would be the purpose on Giving us such event where the Main reward is about transformation scrolls .
on an Honest note , why do we still get enchant scrolls b/a grade , 98% of the servers dont even have an toon thats below s grade .
I mean its really nice your giving us so many events lately i must say but somehow , Angry bunny event > any other pre made event we had
anyways awaiting GoD so badly , game gets more n more boring even with these events , as you probly noticed about 30-40% of the player base is doing a break /not playing , till GoD comes cuz ya , theres nothing to do other then kill freya for the 1000s time

When you spend 4k [add random value] and +++ years farming for the +16 Mid S84 big gun, you will cry hard when every random player will be able to make the same just with regular drops in scrolls of destruction! That's why it is considered by this guy "cheat scroll".

Now many ppl making good xp/money/RB/PvP etc with Anakim scrolls.
Inactivity NCWest relatively Anakim scrolls made those scrolls part of game, part of game for ALL ppl - someone farm them, some ppl resell, many people use them. Ofc, this is not L2, which we all know for years, before anakim.
I suggest not to remove Anakim scrolls from 1st Place Treasure Sack.
Also, remove Zaken scrolls from Second Place Treasure Sac, pls
And, btw, Scroll: Enchant Weapon of Destruction (S-Grade) not equal replacement for Transformation Sealbook - Anakim ;)
IMO remove the Anakin scrolls and leave the Sealbook from event rewards.
With the chance to get it its nothing that will hurt any server and with 30min duration and 4hr reuse we wont see ppl with it 100% during 2 hr siege.
Btw, the Anakim Sealbook can be also droped by the treasure chests or only Anakim itself?

sace you are 100% wrong the anakim sealbooks get boosted like all the xforms get boosted when GoD hits cause i play on the KR GOD server and your are 100% wrong anakim still a problem in KR.

Thank you for answer. Actually I talking not about Anakims. Reward for this event not so good. Why you just removed anakims, not replace with something useful for people? We all know, how hard to get Second Place Treasure Sack, and what we can get as reward from this sac? Who need BEWA or BEAA? With such often Double XP events, almost all ppl S graders or higher. Who need oed A grade weap for lvling subs - already have. Or all this unuseful transform scrolls, have tons at wh ...

And wow, stones as drop? With all the 2x drop weeks price is already lol and i cant imagine ppl miss 3*60 on their Armor or havent stocked stones for R Grade Armors already
In GoD, Anakim sealbooks will be one of the random items appearing in the Rune, Giran and Aden auctions. its the only sealbook offered there so the koreans must recognize its value.

try remove anakim scrolls/sealbooks from game they ruin any big scale pvp with their over powered nukes..
Wow, So many people QQing about the anakim scrolls, Go farm one yourself. I think They are great, and I'm a DD. They gave me a chance to make **** tonnes of money from people willing to pay 75-80 mil per when they first came out and now people thing they are all powerful (which they kinda are) BUT NOT INVINCIBLE. I have seen many a anakim been taken down fairly easily you just have to know what you are doing in pvp, not just getting 85 in gc and expecting to be a GOD in your low s grade armor cuz you can afford anything else cuz you hunt in one of the worst areas for $ possible. Enough QQ about the anakim and Bring on the reign of +15 Vesper or higher weapons, I know I'll try for one.
unless the anakins are on the side withou the heroes, they are not easy to get down. SPECIALLY with PVP cheaters.
the most effective way to take one anakim down is to mass cancel/hero pole it. but with cheaters rebuffing/healing/cleansing/recharging on auto its near impossible.

Because NCSoft didn't do any real testing or the current administration doesn't know enough about their own game, so they didn't realize how de-stabilizing their addition would be for pvp.
It's like they tried it out using some solo Dwarf without buffs or elements and deemed them okay, then dropped them into the game only thinking about the cool factor.

They have to look at it from business point of view. If no one uses that transformation like we do, at every other territories, why would they change it for us? Majority > minority. And the current team in NA has been doing a great job. There is just so much they can do.

This current treasure chest event and all the other events where they've changed event rewards to suit our wants/needs proves that NCNA is perfectly capable of changing event rewards for our territory alone:

In the prior treasure chest event, they had the Anakim scrolls/sealbooks as rewards. For this current treasure chest event, they chose not to have Anakim scrolls/sealbooks as rewards.
But, let's get down to brass tacks here: You want to argue that NCNA did do testing and did do some kind of analysis of the impact that Anakim scrolls/sealbooks given away at such a voluminous fashion wouldn't be game-breaking to the degree that they turned out to be; that NCNA had ultimately acted in a virtuous manner and yet the results had turned out far different than what had been predicted.
If that's the case, what does that say about how well NCNA knows their own game/community if their tests and analyses had predicted results so far and away different from what's actually happening in game?
How is it that NCNA's thorough testing and QA standards did not produce indications that providing something so imbalancing to the game in such large quantities would be a bad thing?
Basically, you have four choices:
1) NCNA thoroughly tested Anakim scrolls/sealbooks but NCNA didn't care and still flooded the market with Anakim scrolls (and a few sealbooks) despite knowing how game-breakingly bad that decision would be.
2) NCNA didn't do any testing prior to flooding the market with Anakim scrolls (and a few sealbooks) and they didn't know how game-breakingly bad that decision would be.
3) NCNA thoroughly tested Anakim scrolls/sealbooks, but didn't think that anyone would have the correct class/gear combination to maximize their damage output to a game-breakingly bad degree, demonstrating that they don't know their game/playerbase at all.
4) Some combination of 2 and 3, where NCNA may have done some testing, but didn't test with the particular class/gear combinations that would produce game-breaking gameplay/didn't know what to test for/etc.
Pick your poison, but #1 sounds a lot worse to me than the simple negligence of #2, #3, and #4.
I just wanna know who's "brilliant" idea it was to put in a BEWD as a reward in the treasure sack event? I mean SERIOUSLY? The TSP don't drop from mobs to save your soul as it is. I dare try a couple and I get THAT? Over all I have no problem with this event,but that really charred my dark elf butt cheeks :mad: No one wants that,I can't make any profits from that. It's enough to farm the TSP with a lousy drop rate,but oh lets add insult to injury here. Next time if you want a silly alternate prize add some hats with a timer,at least those are fun.

start stock piling on anakims scrolls as they only get worth more.. on Korean servers they're being sold for 180~200mil each aka equal value of an destruction ews scroll so guess what they still exist in GoD and are still overpowered enough that even the koreans are willing to pay insane prices for it..
the sole difference between us and them is that they use it for pve :)

In that case it doesnt have to mean they will be still overpowered in pvp, no? Maybe they will become useful only for pve. Who knows how will those nukes work on awakened players.
Not sure if this even qualifies for a "money making". Most treasure sacks I get are 5 and 6, yielding BEWD/BEAD and transformation scrolls. I believe these are all pretty useless, not only for me but for the majority of the players. I would preffer more elemental stones/crystals in their place.
Anyone that gets anything from this event they don't want plz send them all to me. I will appreciate each and every item and you can rest assured they will not go to waste.
Along those lines, I'll take any non-event items you won't be using or don't want anymore as well. I will put them all to good use and I will not discriminate against any items because of their grade level.
I would consider it a money event. If you sold the TSP and only tried a few sacks then you made bank. If you have one account maybe not,but still.
I don't know why everyone is crying about Anakim Scrolls,they were not an award this event and probably won't be again or the scrolls will be character bound and unable to sell like the one I have.
