subclass

ok i used search and every answer i find is bit weird, i just want clear answer

my main 85 archer > awake into dagger
my sub 80 dagger > awake into Archer

is that possible?
people say u can change ur sub to whatever u want (i found with search) so that means once i awake my main class i can change any of my subs to whatever i want

so if i wanted that 80 dagger to be tyr warrior as second sub that would be possible aswell even tho it doesnt match up with requirements(being warlord/tyrant/glad etc) but since i can change subs to w/e i like its gonna be possible?
does any1 have offical link to some patch notes/sace or whatever is trustful so i know im not gonna make huge mistake in GoD :)

Yes this is possible. Since you are 76+ you are going to get a one-time use item for your main, you can awaken as ANY class. You will also get tickets to change any or all of your subclasses to something else, so you can change your dagger sub to an archer. I'm assuming if you change the subclass FIRST, and THEN awaken your main you should not have any issues with same class conflict. :)

nice then i just leave stuff as its now :) will just lvl sub to max lvl and leave it there :D

Awake your main to Dagger using Stone of Destiny.
Change your Dagger Sub-Class to Archer Sub-Class.
Do Dual-Class (Split Destiny) Quest and lift limits on newly changed Archer Sub-Class.
Level Archar Sub-Class (now called Dual-Class) up to 85 and awake it to Yul Archer.
Profit. :D

ye but wont their be a problem, i mean im gonna awake as dagger but my subclass is lvl is dagger also

No because you have to awaken your main class before you can create a dual class.

Before awakening:
Lv85 3rd-class archer / Lv80 3rd-class dagger

Awaken main as dagger:
Lv85 Othell Rogue / Lv80 3rd-class dagger

Do dual-class quest and level sub to 85:
Lv85 Othell Rogue / Lv85 3rd-class dagger

Awaken dagger sub to archer:
Lv85 Othell Rogue / Lv85 Yul Archer

All speculation at this point, we'll know more hopefully october 5th (fingers crossed) or whenever PTS hits.

not true, you get items to change all your subs.. but as exoh and many others said before just wait for pts to test it all out yourself..

Is there somewhere a description of this Split destiny quest in Goddess of Destruction update? Does it involve raids like the subclass quest?

So, if you awaken your main to Othell Rogue you can't Dual-Class any dagger. But you will be able to change all subs for free keeping the same level. Then you can change your sub to Archer Class and them do Dual-Class.

You can have subs that are the same type of your main and dual... you just won't be able to dual them.

that answer just explained alot even tho the others did also :p this 1 was clear enough :)

now just have to pump that subclass to 80 or wait for god and go easy mode ;)
