This is precisely the truth.
In few lines, everyone will lose all certified subclass skills and they include the Divine Transforms. Sealbook Transforms are there for good, at least for now.

Divine transformation is no longer availabe after the awakening. You will learn new sub skills. The transformation will be removed from your skill once awakened.
They are all but useless transformations anyway. Unenchanted prophecy is OK as a once a night Oly trick, and the greater might buff from the warrior is OK too, but otherwise it's pretty much all a waste.
