let me put it this way, you do not want to know the cost involved for R99 weapons & putting an SA let alone double SA on a dual R99 weapon as it's just ridiculous..
and yes that was not the answer on your question but hey imo it's better to know early on that SA'd dual weapons will be impossible to get at end game lvl..

as for the dual weaps well that sucks i do know the raids in delusion can drop full duals but i wish every mob/raid ingame could

yes with out SA the enchants dont matter but u do lose the +3 u wont get a +3 dual sword :p but i guess u knew that already

well raids prolly will do drop more complete duals in GoD but the SA process for duals will be like all other weapons aka with SA Crystals.. and the cost involved is insane at end game lvls.. for some reason adding an SA and particulary a 2nd SA on a lvl99 R grade dual has to cost a billions in adena (something like 20k R Gems if I remember correctly)

because the secondary weapons as of so far are all S grade standard, so if they only require 90 odd s gems and a 13 crystal, that's not so bad...
but if they require an R99 crystal for both SAs that's pretty crazy.

only way to get this much adena quick is by lvlin up **** fast and sell all the boss drops u get leavin ur self with old armor/weapons till u have enough to dump 2 SA's on your weap
to put it a little in perspective it is TOP lvl99 gear so that it would be expensive was to be expected, it's just sad that it's a lot more expensive then all the other Top R99 weapons..
btw the 22+k R gems is more of an issue then the 1bil adena lol..
