This video was posted on GT(game trailers) for brief moment of time before they took it down. It's probably a mistake on managerial level as NCsoft for some reasons put a delay on it.
The thing which makes me believe THIS IS NOT FAKE is the fact that NPC placement is correct and names are in english! Whoever played RU PTS can confirm that those NPC are standing there! Yet the names are in english which means the video must been shot within an english client. Also pet names which provides support magic as hunting helpers are in english as well.
Anyway I might be wrong but lets see. Looking at the market situation I wouldn;t be surprised at all by this action.

Change of business model for L2 to F2P makes sense on several levels.
First of all market has been shifting to F2P for last couple of years. Even games like WoW are moving to that direction and may become free to play eventually. I suspect blizzard will make WoW F2P once titan is reveled or smth around that time.
Secondly what could be better time to shift from P2P to F2P than Goddess of Destruction? This update literally changes the way L2 works, makes it more friendly to level and obtain items etc. That's all you need to attract new players which could potentially stick with the game.
Thirdly the change of business model is rather complicated, there are so many things to take into consideration. Some important things can be overlooked which may incur some delays which probably was the case.
