you can see the skill icon by clicking on the name; but I dont think it's true cause I tested a DE tank on the russian PTR and he certainly didnt keep all that skills. He kept a few at 85 and even those you could see in the 3rd skill tab (the one where you learn skill in GoD and where you can also see your futur skills) that you were gonna loose them later.
For all the classes I have tested, I didnt see any skills that didnt disapear at 85 or on the way to 99 (the only skills I dont know about is the 81-85 skills cause we didnt had them on the PTS).
No, that list is still in the process of being expanded (未完待續). ChildOfHeaven has to do this in between her other work, making for example sure that the Healer's Saha buffs (http://tw.myblog.yahoo.com/l2_friend/article?mid=26800&next=26662&l=f&fid=148) properly stack and overwrite what they are supposed to stack with resp. overwrite :)
I dont see the point of this list since if you want new skills you have to gave up the old ones; as far as I know (and from my RU PTS tests) there is no skills that you can keep up to 99 if you take the new skills
some skills are better then the awaken version, simple example the sws/bd heavy armor mastery is better then it's awaken version as that one doesn't have crit damage reduction and there are more examples of such.
so yeah it's good to know which skills are not auto unlearn the moment you awaken and to be able to compare them to the new versions, even if say the awaken version at lvl95 is better then you can keep old skill until you hit lvl95 instead of being lazy/bad informed and learn the lower level version right away at lvl85..

NO, its no must. But some places are only for awakened ppl.
(tho it makes no sense not to awaken. Would be like stay on a trial acc with lvl 40 cap while all others are way above u)

Maybe with much luck if he is also only 85. But awakend chars get a huge cp/hp etc. boost. Also awakend skills have more power
(would be like fighting with pre 2nd class skills vs. ppl with 2nd class skills

Once you decide to swap a skill or not is it permanent? Say i get a skill and it turns out its complete **** but i gave a good one up can i change back to the good one? Or the other way around i didn't get a skill and it turns out to be omfg awesome can i go back and get that skill? Or am i stuck with these bad decisions I'm probably gonna make.
The chances of an awakening skill be worst is close to 0%, mainly because of the learn level.
But I can think of a few here:
- sws/bd armour masteries (old ones have crit dmg reduction)
- PP resists fire/water/wind/earth (not too sure but I didn't see an option for the new combined skill to OE for power :/)

You can always learn the new skill but once it's done you cant unlearn them

tho i dunno if its single target buffin or like dc buff whole pt right away i hope its second one cus if every single buffer (enchanter) ingame is going to have to buff people one by 1 thats gonna suck
All awakened Enchanters will buff the whole party at once like the Doomcryer does now. The Enchanter will also get some powerfull buffs that will only last a few seconds on a single target though. Like "80% VR for 15 seconds on a single target" or "for 7-15 seconds, target becomes immune to all debuffs".

sounds like kamael should just stay Ju i instead of becoming an enchanter.

In the end it would be like during a siege u have 10 OL running around per clan. Dunno if that is rly needed?

Enchanter are not only buffer in GOD; they can also debuff, attack in melee, control, even heal a bit, ...
