Soul Crystal Question

I am new and lvl 42 trying to lvl a red soul crystal and I cannot seem to get it past lvl 5....I leveled it up to 5 at forest of mirror with no problem, now everywhere I go it refuses to absorb the soul and its very frustrating...do you have to be a certain level to get it past 5 or something? I am now attempted to level it in garden of eva with also no success.

I have tried every 40+ zone on the quest map and it refused to lvl even lighter reds that I never killed...went to the very bottom of garden of eva and every mob refused to lvl it. I give up till I'm higher I guess.

You could level it up to level 10 on Doom Knights mobs (lvl 62) which are near the Forgotten Gateway (gk name is Seal of Shilien from Aden)

This should help u (tho some mobs could be outdated/redesigned to other lvls)

Did you know that you can buy Soul crystals level 7 - 10 in the luxury shop in giran?

I'm guessing he needs a lvl 6 ><.
