The webpage doesn't mention Innova at all, it's all about the NCWest servers Chronos & Naia + new servers they will open for the expected increase of new players the moment it becomes free to play so imo it's save to say the mentioned server transfers will be between NCWest owned servers and nothing else.

Please remember NCWest & Innova are separate Business Entities so chances of an actual server transfer between the two is highly unlikely. NC Soft Korea might be able to force it but they would need a very attractive incentive for such action.

A server transfer from Chronos/Naia to Innova is not going to happen.

Yes, it has not been officially stated, but I would guess the chances of a server transfer from our current servers to the new Innova servers is 0% or less. It's not only about NCSoft not wanting to hand over existing customers to another company, it's also about Innova most likely not wanting lvl 85 fully stacked pvp toons lording it over all their new lvl 1 customers.

If they move it to New York or something, I bet my ping would be around ~100ms, which is not bad.
