Gate Chant in GoD

I have a question about gate chant in GoD. Does it will be an active skill ? Will be lost after the 85 level on the fourth class?

Finally ppl get to run to where they are going.

Hint: If you are joining a DV party and cant port there using the ghost guy, you are not of high enough lvl to help the party much (few classes excepted).

This would take a very long time compared to gating a whole party, what with the cooldown and all :(

Is this a feature of goddess? I haven't seen it in the current game. How would it work to port a whole party? Long cooldown?

Yes, it is a feature of the new party matching system. When you join a party via that system, you actually get ported to where that party is (as long as it is not in a non-summon area). Read the patch notes: http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?p=3072903#post3072903

Party replacement seems like it will be a nice feature with all the benefits it brings.
