Are you on Chronos? Becuase that one showed up within the last week. There were hero shouts for it, and when I talked to the guy who was selling it, he said he had also been under the impression that S grade was the highest one, well until he got the S84. Maybe a ninja patch?
Though 1.5 bil is insane. Started at like 3 bil and still going down. Pretty sure only vesper has MW options though, so kinda pointless for many.

Lucky pigs only give up to S grade, not S-84 ;)

Yea am on Chronos..... and i did read up something about rim kama..... seems some kinda rewards there include S80 and S84 neolith crystals.... guess thats where he got it from during event.
I dont know why they cant make Rim and Near kamaloka available to us since all that time, that's where u can get em...
I know u need PC points to go in, just make a patch on it so u can go in WHITOUT the pc points or make us able to gain pc points in Fantasy isle or whatever ...

My guess is that PC points or the ability to accumulate them will cost RL money. It would make sense for NCSoft since they need to generate revenue after stopping subscriptions.
Originally, the pc in pc point didnt stand for player commendation, but for pc bang or pc cafe points. Since koreans can pay by the hour, it cost them real life money to afk and collect them. This feature has been in game since THE KAMAEL or Hellbound if I remember correctly.It's just been kept turned off. Frankly, there is no reason for ncsoft to have been repeating pumpkin and treasure chest events all these years, there is tons of content na/eu players have never seen. Don't be surprised if the ncsoft store ends up having 100 different hats for sale, along with instant teleportion items, 20 different pets, mounts, and all kinds of zany stuff that we have been denied these 7 years for no reason.
