Is NCSoft going to release the GOD update to download earlier than Nov 30th?
This is a serious question because are they expecting thousands of downloads to occur on the same day?
Does L2 do that trickle download like AION does? Like a few days before AION patch is is released your NcSoft Launcher does like a trickle download each day to install parts of the update and on the day of release it install one last bit to unlock the new patch.
If not then prob allow like a 2 days or a day before to install it then the day of release do another minor patch that unlocks the GoD patch
On the download locations , there is gamershell i think that has torrent download method.
Get the client that way , i always do that , high speeds , in maximum 1 hour i get it full all the time , good saw few hundred seeders and few thousand leechers always so all is good :D
No need to panick , there are ways to get the client :P
well after the game came up today after maint. about 1 hour later there was some announcement by some GM that after November 23 the old L2 Launcher will be "retired" and we need to dl the NC Launcher (Same thing you used for Aion) after that so I'm assuming that they will try to do the trickle thing with L2 as well. Since it's going to be such a huge update.
