Actually it is impossible to do it simply by buffing yourself with old buffs, because new ones will replace them, like now combo buffs replace simple might/shield. They are doing it by exploiting system to allow them to stack these buffs. Right now russian GM's dont consider this as exploit at all and anyone is free to do this.
What i would like to know is NC West opinion about this, and if it will work here too, will it be considered as exploiting and bannable offence or not.

Those are the kind of bugs that you dont find even on a private server, i think innova offers a very bad service and the us server will be better.

some say it was in korea also but patched soon after. the question is will such things be allowed here (if they will work) or not, as it will give huge advantage for those who will use it
and if it will be allowed, in my opinion information how to do it must be accessible for everyone to at least make competition more fair
NC needs to get another EU GMT time server when GoD launch! For sure many will play ;) ^___^
Yes, a server with euro time will be great but innova offers a very bad service, i live in Europe and if i play on chronos it will suck on sieges.
So called exploit been made public so there's literally no reason to QQ or complain as anyone has same chances and conditions. Same as with valakas one shoting him self as a result of reflect dmg(tank buff). The knowledge us public - use it.

there is big diffrence between public allowed and bannable.
everyone knew that it is possible to take ward to town/ch. this was public knowledge.

Well until they say something about any of this we are in so called gray area which basically means we can use it until it's said otherwise and if you are afraid or something that's up to you. The thing being it's public and more people will use the less chance will be to get banned :) Ofc usage of such exploit after it's been clarified should end up in ban, until than as I said - gray area.

Second screen - hero-summoner with hero-bers, anakim and magic impulse (Inspector oop but you can see it on screen).
About first screen - it's just game mechanic. Not all buffs marked as unstackble with new buffs. If killing Valakas with reflect is not an exploit, so using this buffs for sure not also.
If you rememer when herbs was introduced they stack with normal buffs and it dont make any big problem. Actually having "old" buff together with new give you just about 30-35% increase in damage. It's a lot for pvp but for pve you will not see big difference.

It can be third state - not mentioned. The only one thing that was officially prohibited - moving wards to CH (I belive that X qq a lot in petition about this method). Rest of "exploits" was closed with patches(like valakas "balcony" or wards in peace zone). Oh yes, using wards/clan skill on oly also was prohibited officially.

Actually yes. On RU a lot of action prohibited that allowed on our servers like killing low-lvl RB with hero-bers/MI, market scam, using mass res on toi-13 (Galaxia spot) and some others.
So if this is allowed on RU servers, I dont think that this will be prohibited on our servers.
some1 told me that u have to die with nobles on u but w/o any debuffs...when u get ress u can be buffed with old buffs....sound strange but that is what i heard

U wrong ,buffs are marked as unstackable since u cannot use them in normal contiditions
Old buffs like emp gives 75% m atk which is huge difference.
Valakas cannot be considered exploit since the skills does what is supposed to do(reflect dmg).

Are you sure that they all are marked as unstackable? Why you can be sure about it? Do you remember when herbs appear in game first time? They stack with buffs and it was not considered as "exploit" and just was fixed at next update.
If you dont understand how it works I can try to explain. For example emp from OL have ID 1001, emp from SE have ID 1002 and emp from herb have ID 1003. ID 1001 unstackable with 1002 and 1002 unstackable with 1001 but no any rules about ID 1003, so it mean that you can have buffs with ID 1001 or ID 1002 together with ID 1003. And you dont need to make any actions with 3-d software or client modify - just buff OL/SE emp and take herb.
If you dont know, m.atk stay in magic damage formula under square root (that is why for example emp give more % bonus that might), so having x1.75 m.atk will give you just x1.32 damage. For pvp it give you good bonus but does it will help you a lot of pve? 2-shot mobs will not become 1-shoted, 4-shoted aoe groups will become 3-shoted but does it helps you a lot?
Killing epic RB with single skill from low level toon can be considered as fair method?
And after that GM dont allow to move wards in CH?
It's hard to speak on forum with players/gms who dont have good game expirience and dont understand game mechanic.

Belive me, to get "double buff" you need to create much less "special condition" than for Valakas. You think that you just come with low lvl tank, make reflect and get profit? Never, you need a lot of "special conditions" to kill Valakas with reflect.

In Korea it wasn't considered as exploit but it was fixed in a few month after Launch of GoD.
There was an interview with korean player from Aria who got 99 lvl in 28 days.
If NCWest install update with patches up to 24.08.2011 we will not have this issue on NCWest servers.

However, players should not expect 2nd/3rd class buffs to be stack-able with awaken buffs. If any bug or exploit allows this to occur it will need to patched since it is not intended to work that way.
Accidentally i received 26 buffs. Not in GoD. I don't know how. Sometimes someone gets Empower OL+pet. Who knows how to reproduce this effect?
