How many characters per account will recieve this item?
Is it possible to transfer it between characters through the dimensional merchant? If not, how is it decided which character gets it?
Say I have 4 characters, 85gladdie, 80sws, 80DC, 79Doombringer. and i want my DB to awaken into a dagger, but only my gladdie and dc have stones. now what? or is it every character on the account above a certain level will recieve the item?
