I wonder if characters created before november 30th will still get the free weapons and armor like GoD characters receive at lvls 40/45/50/55 etc. :confused:
Well depends on the lvl you are.
If you are lvl 43, then you don't get the D or C Grade equipment since you passed the lvls and haven't done the quests (cos you couldn't do them).
Dunno if there is a lvl cap for these quests.
If not, then you could do them + catch the reward (tho D+C Grade gear is a reward after the class change quest what i got told)
If you are lvl 4x and reach B Grade you can do the Quest for the B Grade gear cos the new Quest incl. the reward is implemented when GoD is live.

You mix 2 things.
Key Milestones: No 100% finalized info how exactly it will look, BUT it will be some kind of xp reward as far as we know till now.
Has nothing to do with the new Quests for D + C etc. grade.

The bold part is yet to be confirmed... As I said, no one knows of it just yet...

Also, which items are given at which levels is another thing to be revealed, but some people have some clues from Korean Sites... I myself am waiting to see, as things here will be slightly different...
As i see it it's showing milestones where we get items (wherever its by questing or not) at those specific levels. So they are related.
