The account management functions on NCsoft.com, the Lineage2.com website, and the Lineage II Official forums will be down for maintenance on November 23, 2011.
All Lineage II game accounts (trial, paid, inactive) are converted to Truly Free accounts.
Remaining game time on paid accounts will be converted to NCoin.
The forums are being re-skinned to update them to a Goddess of Destruction background image.
The forums login authorization is changed to allow players with Truly Free accounts to log in.
A fix for the unexpected-forums-logout issue will be implemented.
Hey any chance with the new forum software and skinning that some of the profile options can be enabled or setup for say System specs (specific enough to input the specific components including windows and motherboard and video card and such) as this may be a benefit to someone posting on the forums about a problem and "hoping" they have spec list listed in their profile..
And maybe also enable options to include specific character details if we wish....
Just a though.. it's more of an interesting option.... rather then a necessity.

No, it won't be. The update to Goddess of Destruction doesn't take place until Nov. 30th. Tomorrow is just conversion from subscription based to free to play (plus the web site changes).

That will not happen with tomorrow's forum maintenance. Perhaps it will happen in the future if we open a dedicated staff- or player-run tech support section.

I haven't seen a universal FAQ for the whole store yet, but I know we're going in to a lot of detail regarding the delivery and restriction of each item for sale. Hang on and see what it's like tomorrow, then we can write FAQs as needed. :)

Edit : In this post you give PST times. In the other post, you give all but PST time. How could I do conversion please ?

How much you want to bet they will have server transfers if they do open new servers. If that happens I can see many vets moving to the new server to take it over. :)
I am staying on Chronos now that I am in with a really good clan.
As for private servers, it will not stop them as they will always exist no matter what NCWest does. Not everybody likes Goddess or the grinding aspect of the game. Me? I have been playing here for seven years and I have no intentions of leaving anytime soon. :)
Can we get half coins for half months? :P My 3+1 kicked in Nov 5 I believe. Just wanting to get all I can for the money I spend :D When you can measure your lifestyle by how many hours you work... for example I work ¾ hours to play Lineage II every month. Then I spend three hours to grind up 10%. Entertainment seems more like work these days.
Sounds great. I have to admit that I'd absolutely love to read/hear some sort of post-mortem on this whole transition (why, no, I'm not a Gamasutra junkie, why?). Looking forward to seeing all this work come to its fruition ^_^

most Vet's were around when that happened with Luna and we also remember the end result so erm as long as Naia/Chronos has more pvp activity then the new servers I don't think many will actually bother to repeat past mistakes :)

Well don't forget how many will transfer to farm the epics and re-transfer like it happened for soo long now.
@Sace, will you guys put in new policy on posting behavior now that "everyone" will be able to post here to counter posts by ppl who do not play this game (NCWest version) and are not contributing to the player community ?
just asking as there has been a clear increase of random posts by users with a join date of Nov 2011 that are semi provocative of nature which ties back directly to the F2P & increased competition between NCWest & Innova and simply said doesn't belong here imo.
