To become a mentee you need a certificate which is included with the exploration pack you receive at lvl 40.
Does that mean, all characters that have been 40+ before GoD can't be mentees?

Can anyone clarify something?
The mentor/mentee is a system apart from the sponsor/apprentice specify on here (http://www.lineage2.com/en/game/patch-notes/goddess-of-destruction/clan-adjustments/) right?
Cause i can't seem to find anything about it on the patch notes. (maybe i missed something)
