chars

chars from existing servers will be moved to new servers?

no they wont be moved automatically

they will remain where they are.
transfer maybe at a later date.

new Innova server will be completely new, no transfer at this time.
maybe much later, they might work something else out, but not likely.

nice but i saw in other posts that Innova (EU) will be located in USA . this is true?

Since Innova plans to use Frost program, which breaks law in many countries/states I would bet that Innova EU server will be located in Russia or somewhere close to it.

For all others once again. Innova RU Offi/EU (Russia) =/= NCsoft West (NA). Those are separate companies with separate servers. They have some agreement on how they share licensing regions and how/where to launch GoD and new servers, but there is nothing more to it. They have their own individual customers and clients/servers. You CAN NOT transfer characters from NCwest to Innova.

Innova will open GoD PTS and EU servers later in December. NCwest went F2P on 23th Nov and will launch GoD 30.11.2011. NCwest will add new servers only if there will be more players then capacity on Naia/Chronos. If later NCwest will open additional servers, players from Naia/Chronos will be able to transfer to them and vice versa. In the past transfers to/from newly open server were closed for at least 3 months.
