You wouldn't have siege golems/ or any dwarf skills, if your wynn summoner..
Siege golem is a racial skill after awakening, so I think dwarves will have siege golems.
Dexterity: Increases the power of attack skills. Passive skill.
Earth Blessing: Increases Earth Atk., Earth Resistance, and P. Defense. Passive skill.
Endurance: Reflects received physical damage back to an enemy and restores an amount of HP every second for a period of time. Active skill.
Earth Tremor: Rocks the earth to knock nearby enemies to the ground. Active skill.
Summon Siege Golem: Summons the siege weapon Siege Golem. Active skill.
Summons Wild Hog Cannon: Summons the siege weapon Wild Hog Cannon. Active skill.
Summon Swoop Cannon: Summons the siege weapon Swoop Cannon. Active skill.
This racial skills are for all dwarf.. no matter the awaken class...

no, he keeps dwarf racial skills. he gains Human Arcane Lord skills.
