Why level in DVC/TOI/GC

Rather new, just hit 65 and starting to get to the point I may look for parties but what reasons would there be to go to these places? Why do people go to GC/TOI/DVC instead of just solo leveling?

Because it's quick and easy xp and it's not as boring as soloing, and it's also cheaper than soloing.

Because those areas have pimped drop chances, but cannot (or really hard to do so) solo them.
