i just happened to wander across the website and find this new free play system and major update. i was gonna play L1 but they killed it!! bad nc..baaad.

Edit: the gameplay was simple when i left, and from what i've read, it seems to be really complex nowadays. I mean as far as diff classes, weapon enhancements and so on. Does it just throw you in and say good luck or does it kinda explain things as you progress?

It's another game made by NCsoft. The gameplay resembles Diablo series. There is no ETA for release.

Wait till the new update Goddess of Destruction will be launched later this week. They have revamped newbie zones and quest. This way it should be easier for you to learn basics.
