Stone of Destiny question

I have a question about the stone you get at 76 or 40.

Is this only for the exsiting characters who are lvl40 before launch of GoD?
Or is it also for chars that get made during the last patch?

I tried to google is, but I coulnd't find it.

As if it is also after launch then Ill go for a nuker or something now and level quick then go w/e.

after i make dual class and lvl one of my subs to 85 can i use stone of destiny to awake my sub to different class ?(main will be healer , sub tyrant till 85 and then proly awake nuker)

Q: If my character has received one Stone of Destiny on November 30, will I get it again on December 7?

A: No. Each character can only receive one Stone of Destiny.

you cant dualclass before doing awakening. stone disappear after you awake on main. so there is no stone for subclass

**** :( i was hoping that the stone wont disappear if i awake the normal class
