Couple of questions

Looked over the patch notes and some threads, but I'm not 100% sure on the answers:

1) My 3 subs are all lvl 80. After the update, how many of the new sub skills can I select? In other words, is it still basically 1 for 65, 1 for 70, 1 for 75 on each? What about for 80?

2) Is there any change for what raids can level crystals to 18?

1. lv 80 sub is required to learn new sub skills as well. I don't have 3 subs lv80 and can't learn all levels of the new sub skills.
2. I think that everything is the same except Antharas and Valakas. They are lvl 99 now.
