Dualbox with Laucher

Hi guys, I know that you hate noobs like me, but this is a forum and I hope that someone can answer me without scream "omfg a f**king noob, go away this server is mine".

I want only know how I can open 2 games with launcher, because if the first client is open the launcher don't open me another client so I can't log in with my buffer too.

Someone can help?
