It was said December wouldn't have heroes, but we could do oly to earn tokens. Now you go to NPC to receive the tokens and it says it doesn't meet the requirements...
So whats going on?
BTW, I looked at FAQ thread and necro_prince said 84- players wouldn't be able to fetch rewards, which is untrue as I tested it right now. This is just to show why we need PTS, to test ourselves and not rely on imprecise information given by unprepared staff that doesn't know anything about game mechanics... this is just history repeating itself regarding NCWest

You do know the whole PTS has nothing to with NcWest right? You know also NcSoft Korea is the ones running the show to? So it was them who most likely said no and move on
I dont give a **** who decided what, who runs what... it's ncwest earning the money, it's ncwest that used to sell the game and now sell ingame items... they're the responsible for the game we play and should be the ones affected by wrong doings... they are the ones who should be 100% sure that correct information is sent to its customers...
this finger pointing is a common strategy for dodgy companies, they know we wont go after nckorea so thats the easy route... its like u buy a computer, the processor fails, and the vendor says "go sue intel, not my fault"
so back to the topic, is this another miscomunication mistake when you announced we would be able to farm tokens? or is it just a temporary mistake and we'll receive our tokens?
