How do I apply the Academy Buff?

I'm the leader of a level 5 clan with a clan academy, but I cannot find how to apply the Academy Precept buff to an academy member.
Is this a skill I must aquire somewhere? Or does that only work after my third class transfer?

Once my game client is done updating I'll go and try it out - my clan leader is lvl 40 and the clan is lvl 5 too. I'll let you know if I figure it out...

Ok tried it out - my clan leader lvl 40 (clan lvl 5) has it under her Active skills in skill window.

Yes, now it's there. Thanks for checking :)
