How many more times will the new server go down?

It's like you think it's easy to do something like this. Maybe you can do it better, right? then why aren't you working for NCSoft? Oh that's right, because you are just another noob complaining about something that you can't even understand lol

NC West must have thought it was easy as they just laid off 64 people....

He has a point... L2 used to have 11 servers at the hight of it's success. Through time the number of players went down to only 2 servers (close to 1 actually, but they kept US/EU servers seperate). Reason for the decline in servers was content change, newer games, private servers and merges.

Now with F2P, biggest update ever, NCWest could (should?) have expected to get at least 25% of the old number of regular players back, along witha load of players from private servers.

IMO NC should have added 3 servers yesterday instead of only 1...
They made it all happen in less than 12 hours its not like they couldnt take a little more time to make maybe just one more server instead of rushing it.
Or dare I say have had a PTS. :(

Maybe 2 works fine too, thinking in that for sure in a near future lot of this new guys dont still playing here, but with a good service many of them yes.
