Character Transfers

Hi,
I'm wondering if there will be a full character transfer where you can take a bundle of characters at the time over to another server?

I currently have 3 accounts with 6 characters on each account on one US server and it would just cost a ridiculous amount to get them all over to an EU server, but i am seriously tired of the lag/delay over to the US servers.

Will there be any option for bundle transfers in the future, or one free transfer option when the new servers get up for EU.?

All servers are now located in NA so even if u transfer to that 1 EU server ur still gonna lag

Only new Servers in EU will be by innova? and i doubt you will be able to transfer there from NA
