Yes, lots of pvp, but most I've seen at the Ruins involved 2 or 3 C-grade characters. They roam around pink and when D-grade players fight back they get stomped.
But I spent 1 hour trying to finish a simple quest and could barely get to half of it before get tired of waiting and losing mobs, I played as a ranged mage and the grind is crazy because of the few mobs.
Those "C" grade noobs are actually ppl that got their C weapons at lvl 20 through path of awakening...and the penalty for using them isnt that bad ;)
I was hiting everything that was purple and there was a LOT of pvp going on...I only encountered a sph as 2nd class..but as soon as I got 2 shoted by hurricane, he got zerged by the swarm of angry players trying to finish their quests :D
