Can I keep creating new characters on newbie quests to pool adena?

So what's to stop players from getting millions of adena from creating characters, sending it to another character, and then recreating? The newbie quests are giving hundreds of thousands of adena. How is this going to effect the economy on the new server(s)?

1. You are limited to 2 toons on new servers.

2. Once you have done it for a mil or so, you have to wait to delete your toons with changes to drop rules, I'm making more just xping at 46.

It wont affect that much, who spend time making low lvl characters just to "farm" money will spend his time JUST making money, while others will be 70+ with more adena then him.
He's going to be low lvl with a lot adena to spend and nothing usefull to do with it.

I dont think it's worth the effort

Create thousands of new accounts, where you can make new chars, profit. :D
