Hello and well met. I currently am working on putting together a good-aligned roleplaying clan on the Chronos server and am hoping that there might be others who wish to take part in building it up. The clan is level 3, but level 4 is within reach if I am able to find others to join and help with the quest.

Reading the greeting on the website I’ve been creating will give you a good idea of what I have in mind. Basically, I want people (old or new) to be able to come together and be part of a close circle of friends where they can really “dig deep” into their characters. The focus isn’t on the best gear or what have you, but rather on members bonding and interacting in vital, important, ways.
Right now, it is just myself and a RL friend in the clan. I feel that there is and will be room for friends of RPers who don’t RP in the clan, my friend being an example. So, if you are interested in roleplaying, but your best friend is not, you could still both have the chance to join.
Keep in mind that everything is in the formative stages. My future plans include getting to clan level 5, finishing the website, recruiting new members, and fleshing out my character’s story and the clan’s history.
So, if you are brand new to the game or a seasoned veteran and want to add your ideas to the mix for a new good-aligned RP clan, leave me a message here or you can try sending a message to my main character in-game. His name is Isidrel.

I'd love to get in on this! I was hoping to find an RP clan, but figured I wouldn't have any luck. I'll be on vacation until the 15th, but send me an ingame mail on Raevin or Gwenivieve :D
Raevin/Gwenivieve, it would be great if you could post on the clan forums a bit about your character's story and your in-game details, provided of course that you have the time.
Things are slowly moving in the right direction. I am in touch with two other people who are considering joining. Getting clan level 4 will be an easy task once we have enough members to complete the quest.
I have been thinking a great deal about my experiences thus far, and where I hope the clan will go. Whereas much of lineage 2 is based around large groups of players having power, the purpose of the clan is to provide a family-like atmosphere where the major goals are to find companionship and a chance to explore what it means to be who you are in the game world.
The clan's doors are still open to all who would welcome this objective. The best thing to do if you are interested in joining is to post a bit about yourself and your character on the clan forums.
Hello all. Since my original post some time ago, the clan has grown by several members and we have reached level 5, with 6 coming soon hopefully.
We are still actively recruiting (hence this post). We seek kind-hearted and mature people to join our ranks and come together in fellowship with us. The foundation of the clan is built upon a roleplaying structure, but, as noted in my earlier post, non-roleplaying friends and family members of roleplayers who want to join us are welcome as well.
As for roleplaying, we will be having our first event on the 7th of January, we maintain a private forum on guildportal for telling characters' stories and fleshing out the clan's history, and we strive to provide chances to remain in character. On that note, I should say that our clan channel is sometimes a mixture of OOC and IC chat, but, if someone isn't a roleplayer, they can still embody the ideals of the clan. We don't just want kind characters, but kind people as well.
We are a very laid back, casual group. There are no level or time requirements whatsoever. We realize that what we are doing is somewhat contrary to the way this game is set up (i.e. we will never have a castle most likely), but ultimately you decide what this game is going to be for you. If you choose to join us, I think you will find a warm family of caring people who just want to enjoy the game and make new friends.

We have not completely set up the way everything will be done, largely because much of what we do is a collaborative effort. So, another reason to join might be to have an impact on the way we will organize our ranks, events, etc...
Basically, the Council of Light is just that: a source of hope for those who might be feeling a little lost in this world. Regardless of whether you join us or not, I hope you all find some level of peace and contentment with the people you surround yourself with in Lineage 2.
I have joined this clan and have had lots of fun making new friends. It's very friendly and feels like being in a family. I hope more of you would join. More the merrier. lol
