Shadow Fox -1 Quest Issue

Does anyone know where the Tasaba Lizardmen from this quest were moved since the new Patch? They aren't at the designated spot in the quest tracking.

I need that too.I made a petition about it but still nothing.
What quest can we do at lvl45 if this is not available?

I had this problem but I found where they're! :)
