Am i bugged?

I've got no more quests left? do i need to grind till 20? seems very weird, as you can see it shows that Patheon SHOULD have got a quest for me but he, and none has..

GM Doesn't respond to my petition.

Check your quest log. You'll probably after you click on each one present, find that one of them causes a guiding line to appear to a new NPC.
