GoD update revolutionizes the armor system, as there is no longer a need to wear the full set to get the set bonus, although some still require full set. The least requirement I found is just 1 piece armor, but all it has is + walk speed.
I am talking about 2 pieces will get you set bonus, such as Vesper heavy and Vorpal heavy. This way, one can wear 2 piece of each set and gain the bonus of 2 sets. This sounds really crazy that NCsoft will give us such as boost, but it seems to be the that way (Note: I have not test this).
I am planning though to buy 2 pieces of vesper robe and 2 pieces of vorpal robe and see if I can get the bonus of + 16.58 (I always wanted that +17% m.atk in Major Arcane on higher grade robes).
If this worked after I tested, what would your choice be?
