What's after the Ivory Tower quest?

I just finished the quest at Ivory Tower where we had to kill the Enchanted and Manashin mobs... After finishing it, the NPC didn't have another quest for me to complete.

Are we supposed to go back to grinding at this point or is there another quest that I don't know about?

Thanks!

that's a daily quest but yeah aside from that, go grind
