craft lvl?

i'm a dorf lvl 86, and as a dorf, i have craft skill. it's an active skill.
The problem is that this skill isn't in the list of skill to learn.

So how i can craft twilight armor parts (require lvl12 craft to registre the rec) ?

edit : create item skill is in passive skill list. (atm i have create item lvl 11)

isnt Twilight R95? if so im guessing youll need to be 90+ to learn lv 12

Apparently you get Create Item lvl 12 at character lvl 90:

I don't know where this information came from (Russia?), but it sounds plausible.

Twilight armor aka "High R85" can be worn at lvl 85, but you as a Crafting Dwarf will need to be lvl 90 to register the recipe. I know that this does not make sense, but what can we do?

LOL , thats pretty funny.. typical L2 though. imo twilight gear looks way better than r95 r99 stuff.
