Hi folks,
I have a problem with the certficates of class change.
I was trying to change my Sagittarius lvl76 sub into ShilienSaint.
I received 7 holy pomander but my subclass is still a Sagittarius and my certificate has gone.
Then I tried again, and a wonderfull message has arisen:
"Subclass change cannot be performed due to inventory slots > 80% ..." or something similar ... and guess what? Another certificate went into the wind and I am still a Sagittarius !!!
In conclusion I wasted 2 certificates to earn 7 holy pomander on a Sagittarius !!!! GREAT deal !!!
Reasons of the bug :
1) First time I asked to change class my inventory was <80% but getting 7 holy pomander it went over 80% ---> First certificate LOST and no message about being >80%
2) Second try is even better because it says I can't change subclass due to my inventory >80% and it STEALS my second certificate !!! Awesome !!!!
Can some moderator give me any advise on how to solve this issue, please?
I strongly need my certificates back in my inventory !!!!
Have you tried emptying out some of your inventory? It gave you that error for a reason
Well, the first time I tried it, moved by the excitement of new events, my inventory slots were 78/104 just by luck and I was holding 3 certificates in my inventory. Then, the implemented process delivered me 7 holy pomanders, so my inventory slots became 85/104, and when it tried to convert my subclass my inventory slots occupancy was greater than 80% and the conversion process failed. But I didn't realize I lost one certificate. So I tried it again all in a breath.
The second time, the process didn't start at all, showing a message about my inventory slots, but at the end of the day I lost 2 certificates with no profit.
I am still loocking forward to get ant help from NCSoft.
I am not trying with my last certificate because I'd like to recover the 2 lost ones before going on.
